As a busy professional, I engaged Property Pursuit to source an investment property meeting a strict set of criteria. Within about 6 weeks they came back to me with a shortlist of properties meeting my criteria, including a 31-point analysis of investment fundamentals for each property. Based on this analysis, I selected a property. Property Pursuit successfully negotiated on my behalf to secure the property for around $30K below valuation and handled much of the administrative busywork in order to make the transaction a success. If you are looking for a knowledgeable buyer's agent in the Brisbane area, I would highly recommend the team at Property Pursuit.

Having plans to one-day return to live in Brisbane from our current home in the US, we decided to take the first step and buy a property we would hope to one day move into. Having grown up in Brisbane, we had a good idea what we were looking for. On first approaching Meighan, she took the time to thoroughly understand these needs. Following this start we had every confidence that she would be able to identify properties that would be a good fit for us. Unfortunately, as it happened, there was nothing available on the market at the time that fitted our wishes, so Meighan, through her contacts, found the perfect property off-market and negotiated the sale for us. Although we did not have a chance to visit the property in person prior to the sale, we found the whole process smooth and stress-free. At all stages her communication was clear and the processes in place at Property Pursuit were user-friendly and logical. We cannot recommend the services of Meighan and Property Pursuit enough. We have no doubt at all that we would have never found our future home without her efforts on our behalf. We have since visited the property and cannot be happier!

I engaged Property Pursuit to assist me in locating my first investment property in late 2011. Meighan and the entire Property Pursuit team provided exceptional customer service during every single contact I have had with them. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who is considering buying a house or investment property. I am extremely happy with the investment property they found for me which has turned out to be a very, very wise investment. Meighan negotiated well and it gave me real peace of mind throughout the whole purchase process and conveyancing process, which for me was a little daunting given that I lived and worked overseas at the time. The investment I made in engaging Meighan and the team as a buyers agent has more than paid for itself in peace of mind alone, not to mention the significantly reduced asking price she was able to negotiate and the current and projected capital growth from the property. Property Pursuit continues to manage my property - and does an exceptional job. All the team is extremely responsive to any enquiries or concerns that I may have, which are far and few between.. Their thorough condition reports and routine inspections mean I can get an accurate picture of the house (and the tenants) from anywhere in the world. I travel frequently for work and it gives me great comfort to know the team at Property Pursuit are looking after my investment property and basically I don't have to worry about a single thing. Thank you Meighan, Jason, Nicole and the rest of the team at Property Pursuit - I couldn't be happier!
