I would like to give a huge shout out to Nicola Cooper from Urban Property in Paddington. She is a lovely, professional and down to earth agent which is very refreshing when you are in the rental market. She always answered my emails, all twenty something of them in fact!! No question was too dumb or dismissive. Also something that is rare is an agent being on time to an inspection! Well Nicola was very accommodating to suit my work timetable and was EARLY to our appointment. Honestly, I can't recommend Nicola and Urban Property in Paddington enough! What brilliant service, thank you!!

We have really loved renting with Urban. Nicola was our property manager and the level of professionalism and care from her has been outstanding. From the level of detail in the initial property assessment, to the fast response times and empathy whenever we raised an issue. So thankyou Urban!

Urban have been wonderful managers for the property I rented. They have been responsive to my maintenance requests and always very cheerful and polite on the phone. Inspections have been punctual and conducted with a minimum of fuss

Jamieson has managed my property for some 4 years. He has been excellent in handling its management. There has been some difficult situations and he has handled it with utmost diplomacy and sensitivity. He is prompt in attending to matters and gets back to me quickly in arranging and getting things done. I have only the highest regard for Jamieson and have recommended him to some of my friends.
