SPACE, and in particular Tracey has been amazing.  We moved into an older style property and there have been a few issues, they always resolve them as soon as physically possible and to great quality.  We have had a new dishwasher installed, and lately an air conditioner, with the heat of summer really has been a godsend.  Thank you for making our rental journey easy and seamless.  Highly recommend to landlords and tenants.  :)

A great property manager. I have been using Space Properties for around 20 years. As I spend most of the time outside of the country, I communicate mainly by email. I have always  found their service very good and reliable. If there is any problem with the property they  inform me immediately. My current property manager, Ms Kimberley Barrow is very good. She has continuously provided excellent service and management.

I have dealt with Space a lot of times with my rental and I can say I've had the best experience with them. All the staff so friendly, the agents are amazing. They've looked after me as one of their own. I've felt so comfortable with renewing my lease numerous times. Punctual and professional in every aspect of there job. Literally can't fault them. I've recommended them to all my friends and family.

Very happy as a tenant with Space Property Paddington and Lynette for looking after us. I must say this Lynette and the team do a marvelous job. We had the oven fail 2 days before Christmas and it was repaired next day. Have also had other maintenance requests dealt with very quickly. Sent an email at 8pm at night and got a response within 10 minutes. No other real estate agency is like this. Highly recommend.

I especially moved the management of my property to Space from a previous Brisbane real estate agency as I followed Melissa King who was my property manager at the other agency.  I followed Melissa because I missed her wonderful service and hands on approach with all aspects of property management. I am very pleased with all matters of the way Space manage my investment property and can highly recommend the company for property management. All other members of staff that I have dealt with have at all times been polite, efficient and knowledgeable.
