Dwayne Ditchfield from elders Paddington was my property manager for approx 4 years . I had an amazing experience renting with elders. I never ever had any issues with anything.

I have been trying to get in contact with Elder Paddington for over 2 weeks now, I have had unanswered phone calls, no response back to voicemails, and no response to emails, and this is all during weekday business hours. I am appalled.

Polite, friendly and quick! Highly recommend. As a tenant of four years, I couldn't ask for better property managers. We get plenty of notice for inspections, prompt action on maintenance issues and overall great service.

Stars tell the truth disgusted managed my si rural property sent lovley photos through for inspection in reality place was trashed they might be ok if your a dodgy Tennant but if your a property owner I strongly recommend you look elsewhere

Only problem was 5 years no . Comments on any inspection at nothing then one day woman came and picked a fish tank,  outside fish ponds on  entry lease.  Picked foot prints on floor was hers,  so basically next to no communications on anything

Elders in Paddington have been the best real estate agents I have ever dealt with as a renter. Fantastic communication, easy to contact, speedy responses and extremely friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend using Elders as a renter. I especially want to thank Teniesha and Dwayne who made the whole experience really easy and pleasant for us.

Reasonably good property agents in our experience. We were happy with their responsiveness to maintenance requests etc, no problems to speak of really but some minor issues re entry of tradesmen. Overall, our experience is that these are honest, responsible property agents.

I wouldn't recommend engaging them to  manage a good property well under market value return doesn't seem the property inspections were legitimate as the place became very run down

It is a pleasure dealing with Dwayne. Their agency is more of the old-school style that builds a reliable and considerate rapport if communicate nicely. I chose them because they were very attentive during the inspection, and they reply to every single review regardless of the ratings.
