As a customer of King & Co, leasing out two premises for our company Mobile Mattress Group. I would like to share my experience, BEWARE!!! Words cannot describe how appalling the overall experience/service is from management down to the Landlords. - It has been deemed an absolute nightmare by more then 8 of our staff members, we have been bullied, neglected and have a landlord "James Byrne" that continuously hangs up on our staff after not returning any emails or any correspondence. Such as water damage on the building causing damage to our equipment, insurance claims, property/garden maintenance the list go’s on. We ask James Byrne to do his Job! Nothing more. They don't follow up on any concerns or attempt to resolve any matters but will abuse you on the phone and talk over you, then at the end hang up. You then reach out to management and they share the same attitude and offer no assistance whatsoever. Its a dead end. I would say nothing nice about "James Byrne" & KING & CO after we still lease 2x premises and have never missed a monthly payment and this is how we are treated as a growing company.
