No matter if you are selling or buying a property, Matthew is the man!!
As a first time buyer, we did not know what to expect and how things would go during the process. We have heard all kinds of storys from different agent but still cannot put these pieces together. When we met Matthew, he thoroughly explained everything that we need to know. Knowing the steps of purchasing a house really gives us confidence and a peace of mind. So the whole process went smooth as butter with his guide, thanks to Matt! Also, he’s not like any other agents, who always seems to have million dollars business to do and not really care about your silly questions. A down to earth buddy! 
We now have our dream house ready to move in. Thanks again to Matthew’s excellent service. Trust me, he’s the man!!

My experience with Matthew Griffin was outstanding!! Matthew's genuine and honest approach made the selling process less daunting and at every step of the way, he was in constant communication with me. He is completely down to earth ,realistic with a caring nature. I found that nothing was too much trouble and he was committed from the beginning to the end of the process to ensure my experience was one of ease. I was totally wrapped with my results and the service delivered by Matthew. In future, should I be looking to buy or sell, Matthew will be my first point of call. Much gratitude Tara

Matt has been the best agent a buyer could ask for. From the moment we met he made everything as seamless and comfortable as possible for us.  He was only ever a call or text away, showed up after hours and dedicated his time to ensuring we were 100% confident and in the loop every step of the way.  Highly recommend for any seller to use Matt - he's very respectful of both parties achieving the best outcome!
