If I could give no stars, I would. The high staff turnover means you receive emails from someone different on an almost monthly basis, and fundamentally means they drop the ball. As the property owners, we were asked in December whether we were happy to extend the lease, which we were. The lease ran out 2 weeks ago and we still don't know where it's at. No one returns calls. No one replies to emails. The manager was meant to call me back 5 days ago and still hasn't. You can't even get through to reception and because people are constantly leaving, the desk phones are never answered. Avoid like the plague. We will be going elsewhere to find new tenants.

FURTHER UPDATE - Keys: Another week has passed and no further corespondence from Sam direct or as you can see publicly in “Questions/Answers” No response online regarding confirmation of keys issue. 
What I can tell you is that the tenants have requested help from the Body Corporate in the matter. Body Corporate has had to go to extreme efforts in contacting the owner who lives overseas, the other side of the Atlantic and request directly keys be made available.
Overseas investor and your agent is not working on your behalf, why bother!?

If anyone has a similar experience with this lot I would love to hear your query or problem.  If you have a problem or question use the “Question/Answers” online page so we can see the response if any at all!

Good on you Sam for taking gold in Zero effort and care.  Your establishment is a joke.

UPDATE - keys: A Corporate has a duty of care to all residents to provide reasonable steps regarding (WHS) Work Health and safety.  Due diligence, Tessa Residential has been negligent in this matter. 
After previous review, I called Lu at Tessa Residential to follow up on keys. (we will refer to as the wet rag).  She was so fuming I could feel my phone melt at my ear, after shouting and slamming the phone down I had no other option but escalate the matter further up the chain of command to the Proprietor a Mr. Sam Kelso.

I sent Sam an email, can you help in regards to this small matter that has somewhat escalated to the point.
Sam replied courteously, after a few email back/forth as I had to detail exactly the four month problem, as the wet rag could not be any assistance to the Proprietor.
As weeks have now went by since my last review, I emailed Sam again for an update confirmation keys have been issued.  His response was, “I have followed this up today for you”.
Sam where are the keys !!??

Lovely group of people with a high level of customer service and dedication to tenants and owners alike. Very professional yet friendly and easy to talk to, attending to any issues in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend them to anybody looking to rent.

I have been a tenant with Tessa for over 12 months now.  They are great to deal with, very professional in every way and the ladies are lovely and respectful.  Quick to action all maintenance concerns.  :)
