I had a nightmare experience in one of the properties managed by them.  Their deceiving advertisement contributed to my staying in a tiny room I didn’t even see at the time of getting into the contract with them.  After I criticized their behaviour on some issues, they harassed me repeatedly over money despite my automatic bank payments on time, and then one of the agents made an unannounced inspection, so I didn’t have time to do any cleaning, and then she made a malicious  report without even having a proper look and then they used that as a basis for their negative references to my potential future property managers and lanlords.  I consequently had an enormous difficulty in getting out of the place I didn't like while I had to keep paying them during my unnecessarily prolonged search.
