I hope I read reviews 2 years ago before renting a unit from them. This is the worst real estate agent that you can go with:
1- the property managers changed alot and each time the new person had no idea about property
2- they are too slow about maintenance issues 
3- they lost the extra keys and asked to be at home for maintenance inspections and rental inspections 
4- it seems they even lost the property documents, e.g. they asked to give them a coppy of entry condition report
5- they never showed up for regular inspections during 2 years

I totally do not recommend this agent. Lack of respect and management in the whole agent. There is still an unsolved issue with my property in the ceiling of bathroom which sewage water drops after each rain but the management just ignore it each time I emailed them. I do have to complain to RTA.

The worst real estate agents out of the worse! If I could rate minus five I would!

WARNING!
If you ever want a realestate agent that returns your bond, if you ever want a property manager that answers your call and register your maintenance requests, STAY CLEAR from this DODGY business!!!

Also I’ve reported it to fair trading and ATO.

When I first moved in under Style agency, my manager was a 4-star guy. He got back to me quickly, organised repairs if needed and was polite and professional. The only issue I had with him was he organised a plumber to the unit block, told nobody, and the entire unit block's water was turned off with no notice. That was my only issue with him.

Then it changed to Jay. I have read the other reviews on here about him and I agree 100%. I wouldn't even give him one star. He managed to screw up an inspection - I get home to find someone has been in my house and I was NOT notified in any way, shape or form. Was told they had email issues despite me being in contact with them via email for the previous six months, and my previous intention to inspect was sent via mail AND email. When I sent them a notice to remedy breach, he called my phone and managed to record himself via voicemail bagging me out to whoever was on the other line because he forgot to hang up - unprofessional as hell. Most emails I sent to him were ignored. I spoke to the OWNER of Style Real Estate and he essentially blew me off despite the unlawful entry to my unit and the non-apologies I got from Jay and the rest of the staff. 

Then my agent changed to Michelle. She ignored all emails I sent until I wanted to extend my lease. It's been a few weeks since I last followed up with her and today I received an email saying the agency for my unit has been changed. Good riddance.

I have no problem recommending the property team at Style. Without fail they have always treated me respect and good manners. For me they are the best agency in the region.
