Ever since Phil Jenkins has left, the service has noticeably improved. I received great customer service from a boy named William and an inspection was promptly organised for myself and I was settled into a unit inner city within 3 days of contacting the agency. All the best to the friendly staff there

Stay away from century 21 central. I was a tenant for 6 months and it was a nightmare. The external bathroom suffered a major breakage a month into the lease and the shower would flood with sewerage water whenever the washing machine was used. Most of the house was falling apart and the electrical box was not up to code, it was completely exposed to the elements. No offer of compensation was ever made for the second bathroom, which was not functional for 5 out of 6 six months of the lease. In the last month of tenancy a large hole was dug outside the only entrance to the bathroom to diagnose the issue. The hole was never filled in, not even for open houses and i had to move my washing machine out of the house chest deep in a hole. ON TOP OF ALL THIS My bond, which they agreed to replace in full, took three months to eventuate instead of the legal requirement of two weeks. Not worth the heartache, not worth the hassle.

A young man named William helped me out with all my needs and I feel like he put me above all else. I needed a place to stay quickly before starting Uni and him and the whole company couldn’t have been more accommodating! Would highly recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of Sarah and Will's service for my first time renting a property. I highly recommend their team as they catered to all my wishes and needs. They were extremely patient, helpful and explained everything in great detail as it was my first time leaving home. Definitely recommend for young renters like myself.
