Agent hunting is a daunting task. 

Dealing with completely professional Property Managers has saved me a great deal of frustration and not to mention stress. 
Lara & Andrea  have provided me with helpful advice and have always followed up and carried out any enquiries I have made. 
All communication has been prompt and efficient. 

Both Lara & Andrea have to be recommend without hesitation to anyone contemplating the sale, purchase or rental of property. 
They are knowledgeable, polite, punctual, extremely helpful and very efficient in her job. 

Their  professionalism certainly sets a standard that many other real estate agents could aspire to. 
They have to be congratulated.

Both Women take their job seriously and stand head and shoulders above other agents I have dealt with, 
and this is why I am happy to recommend doing business with them. it is just so easy!

You can tell that Lara Spain loves what she does and cares about her clients. Right from our first enquiry about inspecting a property and requesting some more details, Lara responded straight away in a friendly and courteous manner. Nothing was too much trouble. Lara was genuinely interested in finding out what we were looking for and even took us to another property in between her appointments because she thought it might suit what we were looking for. Belle Property also has a very efficient system for booking inspections, providing reminders and following up. I highly recommend that you contact Lara to assist you in your property search. Grant

Wouldn’t use the propert management services here unless you want to fight tooth and nail for your bond. Only way to contact them is to make a complaint to the RTA. Finally we got everything back. Avoid Maxine at all costs

It is rare to find a Property Management team as professional and ethical as Lara Spain 's team at Belle Property New Farm. Their response to maintenance requests and the way in which they communicate their work orders are professional, competent  and their follow up is second to none. In addition they respect that our time is our livelihood and as a small business operator/ tradesman many real estate businesses will ask you for "freebies". Lara's team is the complete opposite, they ensure that all our work is able to be invoiced appropriately, something for which we are very grateful.

Lara and the team at Belle New Farm offer a service that I think is second-to-none. Thir personal approach and focus on client care has given me confidence that my best interests are being looked after. With Belle New Farm, I really feel I've had a team at the top of its game!
