As a landlord, I've used a few real estate agents, and have found Rental Domain to be by far the best.  They rarely require follow up, and always promptly notify me of what's going on.  

I've had issues with other agents not doing what they say they're doing, not responding to requests.  I've always found Rental Domain on the ball and would highly recommend.

Very confused by the negative reviews here.  Rental Domain manages my property and the staff have always been polite and friendly.  The manager is no nonsense and professional, which I really appreciate as I am often busy and need the facts without fluff.

The team was also great about helping organise tradesmen to finish off renovations quickly when interstate work came up unexpectedly in the middle and I couldn't do it all myself.

I will definitely have this team manage any additional properties I buy.

Save yourself the headache.

DO NOT PAY THESE PEOPLE TO LOOK AFTER YOUR PROPERTY! 

I inspected the property after 3 months lease because Rent was in arrears , bills weren't paid. I found out there were unknown people living there , there were broken windows, gates and doors were put in by the tenants without my consent, holes in walls, broken toilet seats, air cond put in via broken window, rubbish in , out , around and under the house. There were drawings on the walls and black paint and ashes on carpet everywhere... etc. 

I requested the property manager to send an eviction notice immediately. It took them 3 months to act. 
Their staff reply was " I'm too busy with Xmas and all!" 

They didn't act quick enough and the tenants abandoned the property , leaving me with more water bills to pay , and left me with some of their old disgusting furniture , there were rubbish and food everywhere ...the house was smelly, infested with cockroaches , rats , flies and maggots . I couldn't do anything because everyone including the insurance company was on their Xmas and New Year's  break.

The property manager said to me " There are properties that are left worst off then yours!" ... I was speechless in anger.

It has taken me over 6 months to get the house back to new again . I've lost money in rent , money to repair damages . I had to clean the house in and out , and pay to replaced new carpet... etc. 

Then 3 months later their staff sent me invoices which I have never seen before ( no quotes was sent to me prior to the work done ) or I have approved for it....

I would not recommend this bunch of people to look after anyone's property. They are rude, unprofessional. They will lie, make threats and bully you. 

I wish they would use this energy to chase up the tenants who still owe me rent money and blacklist them instead. 

I am in the process of making a complaint to the Fair Trading Ombudsman. 

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.

Horrible. Does not fix things. Does not care about the property until you move out so they can charge everything onto your bond return. Never again.

My property has been rented through Rental Domain for the last 3 years.  I have never found the staff to be anything but polite and helpful and they have helped me out in difficult circumstances a number of times.  Inspections are every 4 months.
