This is one of the worst agents to manage your property.  They did not do inspections on the property for about 6 months.  The reason was they did not have a key to the property.  Why didn’t they go back was something they could not answer.   

When I wanted to speak to the manager, they said she is too busy and call back later.  I had to complain to ray white corporate to get any form of action.    

Please get a decent property management company to look after your property.

Could give no star if I could. The service was horrible. The high turn over rate of property managers have resulted in the mixed up in communications. There were at least 3 property manager change during my one and a half year with them. Property managers at this Raywhite are inexperience and have not got the appropriate training. Got them to look after my rental property and they found a trouble tenant, although she damaged my property. They didn’t record nor do anything months later and then came to the conclusion that they do not have enough evidence and it’s my responsibility to fix it. Even after I have left them for another agent, they took months to pay me back the amount they withheld from me. If you have property, Raywhite definitely not the right choice. Biggest in the areas yet got the most inexperience property manager.

EXCELLENT SERVICE! I have a property on rent in Goodna managed by Kellie and her team. From the time Kellie and her team took over the property management, I don't only get a better rent of my property but the tenant is well managed to ensure property remains in best and presentable condition at all times. I get timely visitation reports and suggestions for any improvements for the property, to ensure I do my part as a landlord. I am very happy with Kellie and the professional approach she always displays for the company she represents. Totally recommended. Excellent work!

NEVER AGAIN! Put them in charge of a 3br house to rent. Two months, they couldn't find a tenant, the day I rang to cancel the contract they miraculously found two applications! lol... jokers. Plus they broke my rear door and didn't want to pay for the repair. I was dealing with a team that couldn't communicate with each other.... couple of good eggs in there but mainly crabby old tired hacks who were over the job and didn't want to be there. They were so crap they didn't charge me a thing for their service.
