I have had the pleasure of recently renting through Lynette and the Infinity Property Solutions team. My experience was great and they are always personable, easy to contact and I had no problems at all with anything. A prompt and professional service. I can highly recommend Infinity.

I'll get to the point, the owner/manager of this crappy company is by far nothing but Swine, The principle or the leading pig In the novel Animal Farm 1945 is the most unpleasant human my wife and I have ever come across. 

The property managers that work for this Thing are a pure reflection of their dictator. 

DO NOT RENT OR ALLOW THESE PEOPLE TO MANAGE YOUR PROPERTY. 

Side note, we never missed a rent payment and received 100% of our bond back with no dispute. (So not a statement from a bad tenant)

Good real estate, never had any problems with Lynette during the 3 years renting.

If i could rate 0 stars i would! After 3 break and enters in 8 months - the last being a violent attack witnessed by my children they still expected me to pay break lease fees etc. When i gave my 2 weeks notice i never had a response, until i got an email saying i had an inspection for 3 weeks time. I replied that i had already given my notice and i received no reply still. The day my notice was up i googled where the office is. They do NOT have an office as it turns out (probably to avoid the repercussions of screwed over tenants), so i drove to forest lake for nothing. Finally getting through on the ph i was yelled at for driving to the address supplied by google and hung up on. I called back and explained i needed to hand my keys back in and Lynette refused. She hung up on me AGAIN. I called back and was given a time of 3.30pm the next day to meet at the property. Much to my disgust i followed instruction. 3.50pm came and left (i waited 20 minutes which is quite sufficient time seeings as she picked the meeting time!). I left the property, with bond and carpet cleaning receipts on the bench. I locked the house and popped the keys in the letter box as i had the only key. I emailed her as i left and explained where i had left the keys and she responded within 2 minutes- yet couldn't let me know she was late. I have spoken to the RTA & they did not follow their legal obligation to take all reasonable steps to re-let the property, & given the circumstances i am not responsible for the break lease fees as its a matter of safety. 

Not to mention it took 3 months to fix the dishwasher because 'they already had to replace the aircon' - unfortunately if these things are advertised with the property they r responsible to fix them or give a discounted rent. To which i NEVER received. 

I was also had a note in trouble at an inspection cause a weed was growing on top of the water tank out the back (because i can really get up there to check that 😑). 

I STRONGLY URGE anyome and everyone to STAY AWAY!!!! 

LYNETTE also stated my situation 'isnt my problem' - ahh yes love it is!! 
I will now see them in court to which i have been told WILL rule in my favour.

Absolutely horrible experince increditably unprofessional. Was given a bad reference for the next rental we applied for because we were Unclean. This being that there was tooth paste in the sink and water on shower screen and the lawn wasn't mowed. Lawn was mowed before all inspections and the house was almost sparkling aside from those two minor things that clearly happened the morning of that were rectified same day! Doesn't really warrant a bad reference.  When we asked agent for the inspection reports to prove to the new estate agent we were denied with no return calls. STAY AWAY.
