She carries out prompt and routine inspections regularly on time and advise all the parties of the defects immediately. Due to this attitude the defects are identified and addressed immediately avoiding any further potential issues or damages. I highly recommend Jenna and wish her the best.

Naomi has been an absolute blessing! After a horrible and traumatic experience with another agent, I never thought we would be able to trust in another agent again to care for our property the same way we do and to literally take the reins and properly manage it, until we found Naomi and the McGrath team. McGrath was recommended to me by a friend to manage my rental property after more than 5 years with another real estate agency. In a short time Claire and her team have exceeded my expectations with Claire FaceTiming me in London where I was based during the changeover to talk me through the process and what I could expect from McGrath. Everything we discussed has been delivered including a thorough review of the property, suggested maintenance improvements and weekly rental price with a quick turn around on communication. At the time I changed over to McGrath the property was vacant and I had a new tenant sorted within 1 week. Like my friend, I will be recommending McGrath to others.

Great communication, great service. Claire went out of her way to make sure everything was right for us in our property and it really made a big difference. One of the only companies to get back to us regarding a myriad of messages we left, regarding properties we wanted to view. Would recommend.
