This one is for SHAE MENTINK. She has been OUTSTANDING as a property manager. Although we had her for a short period of time, we found her one of the best in this industry. She has always been very approachable, proactive and completed her duties so willingly. She is a lovely person and actively participates in all the property related affairs. Cant thank her enough. Once we decided to sell our Investment property we have had very professional dealings with Sarah and her team from Harcourts. The  townhouse sold after only one open house for the price we were happy with. I highly recommend Harcourts.

Currently renting through Harcourts for a while now at an apartment complex that has an on-site management team not affiliated with Harcourts in any way, who have been very problematic and difficult to deal with regarding general maintenance and correct entry notice procedures. My property manager Emma has done a stellar job of shouldering the sheer unprofessionalism they’ve levelled at us while keeping both myself and the owners interests at the forefront.
