Wonderful, caring staff and vets. They did everything they could for my elderly dog before, during and after my beloved baby girl crossed the Rainbow Bridge. They treated me with respect and compassion. I highly recommend them.

Took my gorgeous little fur ball girl to the clinic yesterday for an X-Ray. She had an enlarged heart. When I got a call to pick her up around two hours later the Vet showed me the X-Ray. Prognosis not good - my little fur ball girl would last around 12 to 18 months. The Vet told me that my little fur ball became stressed so they gave her oxygen. Within five minutes of leaving the Clinic my little girl was dead. She had a massive bleed mixed with lung fluid. I held my little girl as she belched a blood fluid liquid from her little mouth - crying hysterically as I could see she was dying. There was so much, all I could do was hold her until as she died in my arms. I can't believe it. I have cried a bucket of tears as I never expected an X-Ray to kill my little fur ball. Vet said didn't know what to say when we took her back to the clinic. Family vet interstate said my little girl should have been kept overnight at least for obs given she was stressed enough for them the give her oxygen and she had an enlarged heart problem. I will never ever take any other pets there. Go else where. It cost me $311.00 for my little fur girl to die in my arms on the same day as her X-Ray. You have to sign an authority to proceed with treatment in case of complications. Yes, my little fur ball girl had a massive health issue. Did I expect her to die from a simple X-Ray. No!!!!!! Why didn't they carry out their duty of care knowing her heart could give out from the stress, especially having given her oxygen already. I can't believe it. Her brother from the same litter also has a heart murmur however not as bad as his sister. He knows she is gone and is acting so strange, so out of character. He misses her like I do. This should not have happened. All I can see is the last look my little fur ball girl gave me as she lifted her head a little to at me right before her body slumped and she died. I can't stop crying.

Take the cat and the puppy there. The staff are amazing and always so caring. Glad to see so many good reviews as these hard workers deserve it. Thanks for all your help so far
