Grace sees her favourite Doc Josh there. He does amazing job with taking care of her, every time she goes Grace is greeted with lots of love, cuddles & pets. She even knows which room is his. All the other vets and nurses are fantastic here. They love their furry patients. Highly recommend taking your fur baby here. You'll get 5 star care.
Edit: Somehow I lost my initial review! We have a rescue cat named Haru, and we took her for her first checkup here at Greencross Point Cook. Everyone was amazing! Veterinary staff are all angels, but these ones couldn't have been kinder. They were so thorough in checking her over, while keeping her calm. They recognised her anxious temperament immediately. When we arrived home, I assumed Haru would go and hide, but she was fine; seemed quite chuffed about the whole experience. Greencross Point Cook is well priced, clean and tidy, and only stock their favourite and most reputable brands and items. If you're looking for a veterinary clinic to "stick with", I have my vote here for sure. ------------------- Sensory experience: It's quiet for the sake of pets, and we can benefit!, there isn't music playing. They have a sign on the door that requests that you close it gently. The atmosphere is nice, there are no strong smells not even a pet smell! The lighting is bright but natural, and the building itself is small and welcoming. There isn't a lot of signage, and barely any advertisement signs. The staff are kind and understanding. The clinic is wheelchair accessible, and the car park is too.
Possibly the worst and experience at this vet today. Avoid at all cost. The nursing staff were so kind and wonderful. Unfortunately that did not continue once we got into the consultation room.
Great service provided by staff at Point Cook Greencross - not my usual location. No charge for consultation - highly recommend being a Healthy Pets Plus member.
DrJosh is extremely prefessional and caring. He explains everything in a way that I understand,and can choose if I think thats what is right for me and my pet, without "upselling"

It's a long drive but it's worth. The staff were approachable, greet us kindly & warm and knowledgeable regarding pets. The doctor look after my boy checked him thoroughly and gave him the appropriate treatment needed. The place also is very clean, homely and they have stuff for your pets necessities. Highly recommended.
Good vet. Takes great care of my puppy. They were fully booked but still made time to see her. Stayed open after closing, did not charge me extra.
Very caring and gentle veterinarian attended to my 9 year old cat for check up and vax. Front of house vet nurse was very knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful.
Ok, so I’m a bit of a frequent flyer here, and can honestly say, the staff are just so lovely, and Dr Josh is such a good vet! They always show so much care for my dog, and offer the convenience of being able to refill meds without requiring an appointment, they fit me in at short notice when it’s urgent, and my dog loves going there as she gets so many pats and treats. I highly recommend this practice, it is by far the best in the area, as everyone there genuinely cares about your pets.
