Our Vet Point Cook

Pet shop is very pricey. Staff are friendly but could do with a bit more knowledge of their stock... especially the animals they're selling...

Very friendly and accommodating staff, and always happy to see us. Vets are fantastic with the animals, very professional and offer great advice.

Not very happy with service. I brought my cat in with urination issues and vet couldn't get urine from him, also couldn't get blood from him properly. Was charged for urinalysis test and beads to collect urine at home, which was a waste because cat wouldn't go near it (I mentioned to vet he wouldn't use it since keeping him locked him distresses him further). Blood test results were supposed to come back next day and it's three days and only after I called, the receptionist said that the results are in but maybe vet was too busy to call me to interpret results. Meanwhile, my cat still has his issues! Unfortunately I won't be bringing my other cats here

I am always very happy with the Vets at Point Cook, they saved my little boy who was very sick, they were compassionate and understanding, even with me as I was a mess having him go in for an Op. He is now a healthy, active 7 year old. My little girl has had small problems and they are still thoughtful and listen your concerns.

I just dialed in for an appointment for my dogs vaccination. They've just relocated interstate and is the first time visiting a vet here. I asked if the receptionist Patricia if she needed any prior records she said no. So when I asked what vaccine would you give my dogs if you have no idea about them. Shockingly I was told they'd she just what they THINK my dogs SHOULD have. I've since cancelled the appointments and not to mention Patricia is definitely not a customer service person
