Greencross Vets Hoppers Crossing

Took my cat in for surgery on her knee a few weeks ago, was very nervous about it. Dr Jeff and all the other lovely humans were very kind and more importantly, competent. They called me in the morning to let me know that the surgery went well, and to tell me what time I could pick her up in the afternoon. The post surgery care over the next couple of weeks was also great, I wasn't charged for this but still felt like they took time and care to make sure my cat was well looked after. Very happy with the results as my cat is now running and jumping all over the place:

Very friendly & welcoming staff. Dr Geoff is very knowledgeable & explained everything to ensure I understood what treatment was required to treat my dog's ear infection, even to the point of reassuring me that I did not cause it, after I was worried, she got water in her ear from her bath. Highly recommend this clinic.

Jeff & all the team are amazing. I have had nothing but positive experiences for many years. Jeff is incredibly knowledgeable and has a wonderful manner. They all go above and beyond and the care and professionalism they show is second to none and I could not speak more highly of Greencross Hoppers Crossing.

Absolutely best customer service I felt more welcomed here then I have with family and friends . Fantastic vet on the day that made the experience nice and smooth for my big dog , didn’t rush into expensive tests straight away instead found other ways to help my dog and I was very grateful. Spent lots of time with me and my dog and I didn’t feel rushed at all . I would highly recommend.

I took my dog for his check-up and couldn't have had a better experience. Dr Olivia Hickman and her team were extremely friendly, super knowledgeable and you can tell they genuinely wanted to support me and my dog !

Super friendly, animal loving staff! Easy to deal with and organised healthy pet plus plan on the spot. Thankfully, havent had to see them for any issues/problems with my dog so cannot speak to their care in that regard.

The staff are so nice and understanding. Got my baby girl spayed, price was reasonable, information given and post care support was highly appreciated. After surgery a courtesy sms was sent letting me know things are great. Routine check up after surgery visit was done and instead of being scared of the place, my severe anxious baby was happy to be back and greeted the staff super excited which was a relief for me. Highly recommend their facility and services

Very understanding professionals. Kind and very helpfully. Nurses are the hero’s in this clinic. They put to you in ease as soon as you walk in. Can see how they react, they actually love working there . Can see how they react to see our dog. And countless other pets I’ve seen they interact with. Highly recommend if your four legged family member need any assistance with medical. We took our dog for emergency few times. Once he ate chocolate . Once he was having crucial ligament issues. Considering what we needed in these scenarios, it was fair charges and attention to detail for our four legged family member was amazing. Been going here for going on 4 years since we moved to the area. And have recommended to all our local pet owning friends.

Dr Jeff is an absolute angel !!! I can’t even imagine ever having to take my fur babies to anyone else. I trust him and feel so lucky to have him looking after my animals and so does my beautiful Great Dane who just loves him. He is a rare human and anyone who takes their pets to him please know he has your pets best interest at heart. My mum has had three generations of dogs be treated by him and she often says she will be devastated if and when he retires. THANKYOU Dr Jeff for everything you do for our babies. And p.s the nursing staff are beautiful as well. THANKYOU to you also
