They were able to fit me in within the week and the staff were very nice and accommodating to my needs at the time as well. My bird was instantly calm in Sue's hands which was very reassuring, greatly appreciated
My dog Luna was extremely unwell. I took her to Greencross Vets Werribee. The staff are all very friendly and compassionate. Regardless of how unwell Luna was, she immediately felt comfortable around Dr Sam Green. Dr Green was amazingly patient, thorough and competent. He expertly identified the problem with Luna. He explained the issue to us so we were able to understand what was going. Dr Green prescribed meds and a treatment plan. Luna responded amazingly well. I was very impressed with Greencross Vets Werribee. I will definitely be taking all my 3 dogs there in the future. If your a fussy pet owner, I highly recommend Dr Green and Greencross Vets Werribee :
There is one vet at this practice I will never deal with again. Nurses & staff are fantastic but I am a little disappointed. I took my cat as she wasn't well. They did try to take bloods but couldn't. I was told if I am concerned, to bring her back. So I tried. I was told that they were fully booked & couldn't accommodate me. Even though she needed other care, nice treatment of a long term customer.
Still my favourite vet. Despite moving, still come back here. Wendy is the best. Gives great advice and truly cares. Not after money like others places.
The team at GreenCross Werribee are so kind and caring. I’ve taken my dogs there for many years. Their prices are reasonable too. My dog had to be put down recently, as hard as the experience was, the team made it a little easier. They also sent a beautiful card to myself and family with lovely messages about my dog. Thank you for the hard work you do.
They have two vet surgeries in Werribee. Both are very good. I usually go to the one on Melbourne Road. For most day to day health concerns for my chickens and my fur son in particular, I trust them. For cats and dogs they are great.
The receptionist is unhappy, my appointment was 20 minutes late. There was no one else there.The treatment on my jack russell was $500 cheaper at the lort smith animal hospital than there quoted amount. The vet here said my jack russells lymphnodes were swollen, the vet at the lort smith said they were not??? Im constantly spammed with appointment reminders aswell.
