Outstanding clinic - my pooch was in ICU for a few days. Staff (vets and nurses) went above and beyond for us. They would answer our calls at any time, would allow us to spend time with our pooch (when the room wasn't crazy busy with emergency cases), and basically saved her life. Can't give this clinic enough kudos. Thanks for caring for my little girl with love when I couldn't. Good to know there is somewhere close to me with such amazing staff and such a caring attitude! You all do such a great job - I would never take my baby anywhere else. Forever grateful guys!

My dog died here!! The staff there were all well aware that our dog had been booked in for an emergency surgery and was placed into intensive care unit for an overnight stay, yet not even one single nurse or veterinarian had made any effort into checking up on her at all, leading her to her death! They did not even know that she's been dead for many hours until someone finally decided to check on her 10 hours later, which by the time it is too late!! None of the staff members could even answer us as to when or how she had died because none of them had been bother to check on her or look after her at all, even though they all knew she was in intensive care with them. This place is very very money hungry and does not care for the animal's welfare at all! Would never come back or recommend this horrible place to anyone at all! Bringing your beloved pet here is like giving them a one way ticket to hell. If only there's an option for minus stars rating.

A horrible place with no conscience, morals or sympathy for our pets. My friend's beloved pet died here because no one cares about her without monitoring her condition! They left her died then called you that your pet passed away that's it and sent you the bill. I hope karma will catch up with them. They don't care about your pets, they ONLY care about your money!!! If i have a choice to give 0 star then I won't hesitate to rate this place with no star! If you love your pets then take your pets somewhere else that actually love and care for animals.

I had a great experience with the staff and in particular Dr Rachael Saunders who was very thorough with my puppies. Thanks guys. I will definitely be making U-vet my new go to for my furbabies!

Heard from my friends that there are many pets passed away after they been sent to this centre. If you love your pet choose a different centre don’t bring them here for your own good.
