I wanted to jump on and sincerely thank the team vets, nurses and admin at Greencross Veterinary Clinic for treating our beloved pet Roy with so much love and compassion in his final weeks. A particular shout out to Dr Hannah and the medicine team who did everything they could to not only diagnose him but provide us with options going forward. Dr Hannah was one of the most empathetic, intelligent and caring medical professionals I have ever encountered in my life and she made hearing terrible news a little easier as I knew she had Roy’s best interest at heart. Another shout out to some of the amazing nurses Jess, Gemma and co who were equally as kind, knowledgeable and empathetic towards me throughout the process. I could not recommend this vet clinic enough and I know one day when I get another dog, GVH will be the first place I’ll go to if they need any help.
These people work miracles! Our baby kitten was saved when we rushed her here after she had been found in the washing machine a long story, we genuinely did not realise she was in there.nnThe vets incubated her right away and were able to help her recover overnight! The receptionists were very sweet and understanding as well, and we felt a lot of support in a terrifying time.nnWe can’t thank them enough for everything they do for our beloved animal family members!nnphotos from after we brought her home safe and sound again
I wish I could know this place earlier. So that my first budgie might be still alive. Very professional team with adequate knowledge. I have my second budgie going through a health check, the vets went through a comprehensive set of questions and examinations.
Every single vet or nurse we’ve seen have been wonderful and caring. Very considerate and we’ve been fully informed on treatment plans and costs. We’ve taken our 2 cats and 2 dogs here as our primary vet for a few years. Sadly in the last year we lost a cat and dog and the vets and nurses were wonderful. The reason for my 3 star review is the service we receive from some of the front desk staff. There are two women on there who are 5+ helpful and caring, but there is others who don’t seem to care. There is one specifically who is rude and doesn’t follow through on any of the repeat prescription requests. I’ve wasted so much time following up, re calling, trying to get someone else to help. In the vets I’ve heard this staff member snap at other customers, so my assumption is others have seen she’s a problem. In conclusion…love the vets, love the caring competent front of house staff. The underperforming front desk staff ruin the experience and I’m considering changing to another practice. However, I’ll stay for now.
My boyfriend and I brought our puppy Bella in yesterday for urgent care. Our last experience here with our past dog wasn’t ideal and had us a bit nervous to come back to this clinic however we were helped by Matilda one of the vets. she was amazing and very very helpful and thorough with all of bella’s checks. i hate leaving bella with people i don’t know however i felt extremely reassured and taken care of when bella was in the hands of matilda. after yesterdays experience with her, our perception of this clinic has changed and we now know there is still really loving and kind vets out there!nthank you Matilda x
