My daughter picked a benana from kids basket, when going out, one of staff an elderly  lady said you should eat it inside the store and can’t have it outside. My daughter was very upset of her rud behaviour. I paid for the benana there but my daughter did not eat that,because of negative energy that she received from that lady. Please care more about kids.

The staff has improved 10 fold since they opened.They have fixed the freezer problem so it no longer drips and the frozen food doesn't taste funny anymore and the shop doesn't have that pungent aroma anymore. Lots of positives.  $6 for a packet of biscuits though? We're paying for it.  This store should not be a metro. Why?  I'm going to take the extra 2 Min and head to round corner or kellyville.  *Cough* Bring back IGA at knightsbridge

Very rude, I was first in line to purchase half priced coffee , I only wanned i pack but was paused away  and all the coffee on the shelves was purchased by the rude person. I could not do any thing as i have a disability medical condition. The store personnel doesn't care. I now am tiring hard to avoided shopping at Woolworths whenever possible.

i am very sad that they would not sell me adhesive resin. however i did enjoy the carbonated "Coke of cola". hip hip hooray

Get deliveries from here often, if product is unavailable an apology letter is included which is a nice touch because I know supply chain issues can't be helped

In dire need of  some coconut milk  and they came through with the goods late night  on  a Sunday.  They have my vote.
