This supermarket Tongli is the worst customer service, the most recent experience with bagging groceries throwing products far away and very rude staffs. I have experienced bad stare down by one male as if I was stealing something. One of my family member had food poisoning from a food product called red bean sticky rice is was expired and the food was off and smelt bad and the food was black like mouldy they don’t take old products out of the fridge they just restock all the new items on top of old products and also never ever seen the staffs clean or mop the floor or even sweep. Please just go castle towers!! Chinese grocery store

There is no customer service present in this business at all. The staff are not friendly. When you ask where to find a certain item, they simply say it's next to another item, rather than taking you to it. If you insist on being shown where it is, they become visibly unhappy. I hate going to this shop, and if I could avoid it, I would.nnTo the management of Tongli Castle Hill, please train your employees on proper customer service. And to Tongli main office, this how your Castle Hill branch treats your customers.
Broken glass and screw found inside bag of Jasmine rice recently bought from Tongli Castle Hill. I am writing this so everybody is aware of this serious and potentially fatal situation.
