Good Prices and is very available but is a bit small
Earlier today, I ordered coffee from a bistro. The person taking my order seemed unhappy to work there as well as the person making the coffee!! Looks like they didn't want to be in.
went there for groceries, most of the daily needs are available, friendly staff member, adequate parking open 7 days a week.
This is the worst IGA ever. My first time dealing with them I ordered through them on Uber eats and they gave me the wrong items. Second time ordering through them- They sent me a banana and air freshener. I had ordered a pack of waters and also a toothbrush- obviously things I needed with some sense of urgency. They didn’t give me the water or toothbrush despite the fact I had authorised for replacements if the items selected were unavailable-they didn’t think to even replace the unavailable items for convenience purposes. I’m sure they had other water or toothbrushes in the store they could have replaced it with. Or they could have given me a phone call to ask if I was okay with xyz replacements. There obviously needs to be some customer service training implemented.
Opens late regularly. Never an apology. Dismissive staff. Food shelves are regularly empty and have noticed expired food being sold.
