Rosanda was extremely helpful and her extensive experience helped us choose the perfect shutters and blinds. Rosanda arrived on time and prepared to answer all my questions. She spent more time discussing and explaining options than other companies who quoted, and her extensive experience and passion were hard to beat. My new plantation shutters were installed without a glitch the installers cleaned up after themselves!, look beautiful and are very easy to maintain. Highly recommended.

We got our new shutters installed yesterday, and it looks beautiful! A bit more about our experience : After deciding on the shutters, checked google for installers in the area. I posted a request, Rosanda responded quickly, she’s the first one we met for the ‘shutters Project’! Rosanda came on time very important for me, and she brought everything needed for a demo session! Explained all about shutters, their types, the materials ….. I should admit that most went over my head, which means I had to ask her again, and she was always prompt to clear my doubts! We contacted other companies too, but with the high benchmark Rosanda set no one impressed us, and no surprises we decided to go with Rosanda! After about two months wait, Adrian came yesterday to install, and he did a perfect job! While Adrian was installing I had to get back to my office, after a couple of hours I heard a knock at my door, and I came out to see the magic! Adrian not just did a perfect job, but he tidy the place too. Put everything back in place. When I look there was no sign of any mess! The rooms looked as if it was there always!! Long story short, we highly recommend Rosanda and team to install shutters
I thought all shutters were the same- not so.My original were from another company and these are a class above . The shutters are solid and the mechanism is smooth to operate. They feel and look more substantial. The fitter , Paul, was on time and neat and tidy which is a bonus with tradies. The lovely lady who quoted, Rose, was a bouncing ball of happiness and energy. Happy to recommend.

Incredible quality and very reasonably priced. Our Australian-made shutters have stayed beautiful for years. Can’t wait to work w Rosie again for the 4th house soon! Such a lovely lady w a great sense of professionalism!
