0 Stars! The customer service I received from the bloke tonight was absolutely appalling. The Attendant refused fuel for me 2 time because he needed to check my "Car Number". Not only did he lie to me and try to tell me the pump was broken he wasted 30 minutes of my time. From what you think would be an easy job the attendant turned this into a bigger situation than it needed to be. This bloke definitely needs to be shown what real customer service is, I hope I never deal with him again.

NO STAR!!! Bring a cup day! what a JOKE! Their machines was apparently "broken" on the day... My wife brought the excited kids to get their cups full of slurpee but instead ended up spending money on other things in order to make the kids to go home happy (as you would as a good parent). Its a FALSE Marketing by 7-Eleven in order to get customers in and its unethical.

Almost every visit one or two of the Slurpee barrels are out of order, including a visit when all 4 were out of order. Considering that's the main reason to stop by, very disappointing compared to other 7-11's I visit (especially in summer). Convenience wise very good range, you pay for it but that's to be expected. Update 1 - one month later, Feb 18, all barrels for slurpees broken AGAIN.

Best place to shop in kellyville.. always clean and tidy, respectful friendly staff, plenty of parking, reasonable prices comparing to other servos in the area. 👍
