Store was extremely cluttered with cages and trolleys full of stock blocking access to groceries.nStock was scattered on the floor in front of shelving making it difficult to access groceries.nA number of times stock was thrown onto the floor both in front of me and behind me causing me to be startled by the loud sound of the boxes hitting the floor.nThe photos I have attached show what the store looks like at 6pm tonight the 26th of September 2025.
I came in for a roast chicken and fresh bread rolls — the absolute bare minimum of what this store exists to sell — and there was nothing. Not delayed. Not coming soon. Just empty shelves and silent incompetence.nnI gave this company 18 years of my working life, and what I saw today would have triggered serious consequences back then. Heads would have rolled. Standards mattered. Accountability mattered. Pride mattered.nnWhat’s standing here now is not the same company — it’s a badly managed, soulless parody run by people who clearly have no idea how retail actually works. Somewhere along the way, leadership traded competence for excuses and decided customers would just swallow it.nnThis isn’t bad luck. This isn’t supply chain issues. This isn’t staffing. It’s systemic failure — from planning, to execution, to leadership — and it’s obvious to anyone who’s ever actually done the job properly.nnThe fact that this level of failure is now normalised says everything about how far this business has fallen. It can’t deliver the basics, it doesn’t respect its customers, and it’s clearly forgotten what “standards” even mean.nnWhatever executives are patting themselves on the back while stores look like this should be deeply embarrassed. This company hasn’t slipped — it’s collapsed, and the people responsible are either oblivious or don’t care.nnA once-proud operation reduced to an empty shelf and a shrug. Pathetic
Store manager doesn’t know their own bloody returns policy. Had a simple change of mind return within 30 days of the purchase date and was given the run around for 30 mins while they kept telling me they don’t do change of mind returns. Eventually got it sorted but that was far harder than it needed to be.
Extremely bad service, Very disappointing, multiple weeks at least half of our groceries are missing from the click and collect, this has happened on at least 10 occasions now. Was told it would be looked over by manager to make sure this error wouldn’t happen again, this was a lie same mistake has continued to happen. There has been 1 time where our groceries were correct, there have been issues every other time. Try to call the store - no answer, can’t get through to a single human only Olive the digital assistant. Not a single person from the store has reached out to apologise/offer compensation for the multiple mistake. Refund takes 3/5 days so we are usually out around $30-$50 per week while we don’t have the groceries we need & wait for the refund. Very very disappointing!! Would not recommend their click and collect services.
The usual Woolworths fare and layout.nBut not enough personal checkouts and too many automatic, help yourself outlets.nIn good location but not enough specials and almost out of date goods.nWoolworths would rather bin groceries than offer it at a lower price for consumers.
