Good service  bit low on various products  only stock small cartons of custard  not the 1 litre

This store is really going down the drain, it’s not about the stock or the prices - but the store manager and clearly I’m not the only one that feels the same way.  For a local neighborhood shop it’s so disappointing and clearly the locals have started banding together to let the owners know how we feel about the store manager. I wouldn’t be surprised if they have seen their sales dwindling due to that miserable sod!

The store manager at this shop is the biggest tool !  He’s an arrogant human being and quite frankly I don’t want to shop here specifically because of him…  The owners really need to step up and do something about him, they’re going to lose a lot of customers if they don’t!

Worst store manager I have ever seen his name starts with a J, I have been shopping here for a long time and consistently see him berating staff, putting them down and being rude to customers.  Staff and customers do not deserve to be spoken to the way he does. He is rude, arrogant and has small man syndrome.  I will no longer shop here as long as he is the manager and will tell everyone I know to stop shopping here.  He is doing a disservice to this store.

Great store, helpful staffs, short queues.

Excellent Customer Service. The Staff here are quite friendly and the prices are descent. It was my birthday a few days ago and I just bought a pie and was a few cents short and they threw in a free sauce. They genuinely care about their customers. It's the small things that businesses do that attract customers to go back there

Food here is great. Sparkling water on tap delivered right to you by waitstaff on flying carpets. Upon entering the store, there is an aroma which reminds you of your grandfather. I never met mine. But i imagine he would have smelt this way. There is a friendly cat there. A bit chubby but friendly nonetheless. I have seen staff pet and feed the cat with their sparkling water. If they give her anything but, she will begin to attack the staff and customers with her claws. Vegan options are good but i have not tried them and don't plan to as im not vegan. Good selection of fruits. Very colourful and pretty. Fruits are also very cold. Sometimes hot. Naomi Binga deserves a promotion for her handling of the chubby cat and customers. Good for family outings. Kid friendly. 5 star restaurant. Would dine here again.

Shoprite is a great, friendly, local grocery store. They have lots of products other stores don’t have around Canberra. They beer and soft drink selection is one of the best I’ve seen.

Always well stocked with fresh fruit, veges, meat, seafood, deli goods and household necessities. Prices are on point and staff are very nice which always makes me feel like coming back - something lacking in larger supermarkets.  The selection of regional craft beer and wine is amazing for a local shop. Loads of Canberra sourced produce.

Great customer service experience, recommend all
