Worst service I have had in a BCF store. The Fyshwick store staff all seemed to be worried about their boss if they said the wrong thing so gave very little information on products. It was like pulling teeth.
Great, knowledgeable staff and plenty of stock. I found a warm, weatherproof jacket for a Snowy Mountains trip.
Honestly the strangest store experience I’ve had in a long time store manager Amy was trying to help me locate a replacement part but I felt like I was in the principles office back in primary school all over again she seemed upset that I was going to find another alternative to the part when she told me she can’t order it in anyway, I wanted to buy other products from their store to possibly jerryrig my problem and that seemed to only make her more upset possibly OCD possibly autistic but I was in trouble with Amy if I wasn’t ordering the specific part which I didn’t really need and she told me I couldn’t order so I was totally confused and left before I got in any more trouble ‍
