“Ready to Eat?” Apparently Not – Bawk… Still Raw:nnPurchased a Kirkland rotisserie chicken that was undercooked, with raw meat near the bone photos available. This is a basic food safety failure, not a minor quality issue.nCostco did respond—after a delay—advising disposal and a refund on my next visit. Noted. That requires a 60km round trip, with fuel costs as they are. A refund addresses the purchase, not the inconvenience or the added cost.nThis follows a previous unresolved issue, and confidence is starting to slip.nCostco trades on value, but cheap becomes expensive when poor quality creates its own cost. Reviews also appear to attract little engagement, which reinforces that impression.nI would welcome a more meaningful response; otherwise, this stands—bawk, the experience is still raw, as the chicken is.

Good service this morning. Got most of the things we wanted - yeah I’d come back again and the fuel was very good value.
We visited this wholesale store to buy some food items. They have a large variety of food, drinks, apparel, fresh produce, meat, baked goods, appliances and more. Most of the food items are sold in bulk. It's a very big place with lots to see.
My optometry experience today was wonderful. The eye doctor was kind, efficient and knowledgeable and the optometry technician, Laarni was super patient and kind. I came alone to pick out glasses, which makes things hard. Laarni was great at giving me her opinion on what looked good and why and helped to alleviate my concerns over the thickness of the lenses by calling to check how thick they would be and how they would look with the frame I’d selected. Laarni is amazing at what she does. Fabulous and awesome customer service. Thanks for everything!!
