My wife and I are expecting our first baby. We like to think that we already know a bit about babies and child safety....but nope.nCass at The Fyshwick store was AMAZING! So knowledgeable, relaxed and kind.....Thank you Cass, my wife and I cant wait to come back!
Refuse to honour price match.nThe same product is offered in a lower price at another BabyBunting branch. We shown the photo of the price tag to the manager, Alex. Information eg name of the exact product and expiry date of the offer could be found on the price tag. Manager kept saying the offer is a mistake, became rude and presumed we were trouble makers. She then walked to the shelf and moved a random price tag to another product, to demonstrate how such a “mistake” does not warrant a price match. In fact, the “mistake” she demonstrated is not even relevant to the current situation. She did not even try to clarify it by calling her colleague at the branch where the above photo was taken from. We were extremely disappointed with being treated like thugs or stray dogs to an extent that we did not feel like staying or shopping at BabyBuntings for hour expected baby anymore.
Great customer service. Had a faulty item under warranty and they replaced the item immediately with no issues.nnAlso love their car seat/baby capsule fitting service. It's fast and very reassuring to know things are fitting correctly.
Absolutely horrendous experience. Fyshwick BB Store: Bought a 4baby highchair that was faulty incorrectly assembled. Terrible customer service to rectify the situation. Discovered that not only product was faulty but also had been over charged nearly $100!!!nStaff did not care. There was no consideration that as a rural customer the round trip was nearly 200 kilometres / 3 hours with a baby in the car . I returned the faulty product and was offered a $20 gift card to make up for being ripped of financially and forced to drive and extra 3 hours to return a faulty product. Absolutely disgusted with the company and sales staff. Dishonest practices and sub par products. Check your receipts, it was a shock to discover how easy it was for them to steal from us. Do not recommend !!
10/10 !nAlex the sales rep lady was so knowledgeable with every single product and truly cares about what's best for the baby. She showed me and my family a great pram and car seat and didn't even hesitate not to buy. We are super happy with our purchase. looking forward to going back.
