Absolutely outstanding service from the staff. They were so friendly, instantly approachable, patient, and willing to take us through all the product details & features at a comfortable pace. They had dedicated staff who were experts at explaining different products. Just a great customer experience.
Big thanks to Alex for her patience! My husband and I went to Baby Bunting over Boxing Day for 2days, and Alex was amazing. She patiently explained all the different products to us and was super helpful and professional. Especially when we couldn’t decide on a baby car seat, she spent a lot of time walking us through everything, including installation tips. Really appreciate your patience over these 2days — you’re awesome
We had a great experience at Baby Bunting Fyshwick. Every time we visited, we were welcomed straight away and attended to promptly.nnA special shout-out to James, who installed our car seat initially and has been absolutely fantastic. I went back again today to adjust the recline and make a few changes, and once again he was incredibly attentive, responsible, and patient. He explains everything clearly and is very knowledgeable, which really gives you peace of mind.nnThank you, James, and the Baby Bunting Fyshwick team for such excellent service!
We went in today for a car seat check for my brand new little granddaughter. Isaac was absolutely outstanding. He not only is very knowledgeable but makes you feel very comfortable asking questions. So lovely to see someone really enjoying their job and super friendly. Would totally recommend this service.
Has made parenting 1,000% easier. Best experience I could have had! Lucy and Leanne are both true gems! Wife and I ordered literally everything we needed online from one place. click and collect was a total breeze too. Parenthood can be a stressful experience, and through it all, these guys keep it real, always so centred, professional and kind and proactive, *and* communicative. You'll always have folks who are going through stress and do a bit of totally understandably projection you'll always have some reviews that are clearly like that, but I can promise you, these people are *the* actual best. Neither my wife nor I had anything like this in the past for our childhoods, and I'm so grateful our baby does. BB Fyshwick is a lifesaver-meets-dream-come-true. 10/10
