Hi all, today I visited anaconda fyshwick around quarter to 4 pm looking for a burner stove. I was assisted by a team member help find the stove. Saw the price 199.99 in it, when she scanned the price it came up with 279.99 then she mentioned this product is wrongly labelled. I told her if it is wrongly labelled they have to honour the labelled price. She kindly denied and I requested to see their Manager.nOn duty manager Erik attened me and said he cannot honour the price and gave me few lecture about consumer law. He mentioned the law says if the discription is different and the product is different they cannot honour the price. But the labellel said the same brand same 2 burner stove as the discription. Furthermore, he looked for an excuse saying customes might have put it in the wrong spot but there was a full stack of the same product. Could have understood if it was only one product misplaced. Additionally he mentioned customer must have moved the ticket label. He gave me excuse after excuse and also offered the stove $249. I dont understand if the item is labelled with $199.99 says the same brand and same 2 burner stove how can a customer see model and every details on the label and check if thats the right label or not. We as a customer see the price tag and buy it. Horrible behaviour as a manager. Very disappointed. Please see the picture of the product with its label attached to this review and let me know how can you say this is not the same product as a customer point of view.
After looking for a specific item that I saw online at my local Gungahlin store, it was out of stock.nnI was told that Fyshwick may have some clearance stock of it. I drove there and met Erin at the counter. She knew exactly what section, what row and what shelf the item was!nnIt is quite a bountiful store and if you are graced with Erin's presence, she will ensure you get what you are looking for! Thank you kindly and I'll be sure to visit again soon!
Today I went to Anaconda in Fyshwick and did some shopping for our camp. There was a woman at the register named Fatemeh who was very friendly and helpful. Most of the items didn’t have price tags, and I wanted to check the stock for a few things. Fatemeh patiently looked them up on her computer and gave me all the information I needed. She was incredibly kind and supportive, and the store was really well-stocked—we found everything we needed. I’d definitely recommend this place to others.
I had a great experience at Anaconda. I was served by Claudia and Fatemeh, and both of them were excellent. Really appreciated their help - fantastic customer service.
Purchased a jacket from this store and the person didn’t remove the security tag off before I left the store. Upon returning to the store to have it removed the attendant made me feel like as if i had stolen it EVEN THOUGH I HAD THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT. For reference I purchased on a friday and came back on a sunday as we were travelling up to the mountains. Every store I went in it beeped and this was very embarrassing. I wish I could give 0 stars for customer service. Absolutely horrible experience.
