I bought two pairs of shoes from this store for my children. It was a very pleasant experience as the employee was very helpful in getting us various pairs of shoes in different sizes before we decided on one. Definitely recommend a visit!

Underwhelming customer support/availability.  On the day I visited there were a handful of older couples wandering the aisles looking for assistance. They might still be there. The staff who served me declined checking if they stocked a particular item "No we don't stock that" was the response, although I hardly believe one human can memorize  the entire Anaconda stock list. A quick Google on my part confirmed that the item was indeed stocked - and I bought the thing. After troubling the poor person with my patronage I was hurried along and out of the store, only to find I'd been overcharged.

Stock levels fluctuate, so just have some patience with it. But they often have stuff online if you can't find it in the shop.  My go-to for any boating, camping or caravaning needs. Get yourself an Anaconda membership and it compliments their in-store deals really well.  Consistently better priced than BCF, etc.

Pls acknowledge the wonderful service we received from Eric. He went above and beyond to show us how to safely secure the ratchet straps we brought for my sons kayak we brought from your store. It's employees like this that really make a difference. We couldn't thank him enough. An official thank you from someone within the business i believe would be wonderful to see. He is so deserving. If you'd like any further details pls let me know.

Went to purchase an item that was heavily discounted, only to find out from staff that it was never available I  their store.  Wa able to get it online, but that is very inconvenient as I needed it now.  The only reason I actually went to the store in the first place

Friendly, helpful staff.  Parking out the front.  Well stocked.  Reasonable prices.

Absolutely incredible. Ordered a pair of UGG boots. Got 2 left feet. Returned them. Sent out 2 right feet. I don't have much faith that they will ever get it right so I am holding the spare right foot hostage until the left foot arrives. Then I will release the right foot unharmed to them. Bloody ridiculous. Have 2 jobs......check the size and check the contents.....1 left, 1 right. Mission impossible.

We came up from the coast, especially for shoes after seeing the emailed catalogue of specials. In the Keens I could only find ONE shoe! But not my size! In the Merrells their was only two pairs of size 8s! The Targher WPs we’re $280! We slipped around the corner to DFO and picked up a pair for $160! In my spilt size 11.5, and with excellent service from a salesman rather than a check out. The whole place is a rip off.

The service was non existent in the footwear dept,  there was a girl putting stock away in this department, but didn't come any where near us. We spent $400. Approx.

Ordered click and colect from this store had the order cancelled, as unable to be fulfilled, only to show up at the store 1hr later to find at least 12 of the item we had ordered on the shelf.
