Cycle City

Thanks to Alan! I had very little knowledge on bikes and was confused which one is best for me. Alan helped and spent lot of time with me though I had no appointment on last Saturday. With his help, I bought the right bike otherwise I had definitely spent more on something which I didn't need. Very satisfied with the staff...:)

Excellent service - I had an issue with my new Lekker. An annoying ticking/scrapping sound that was difficult to reproduce - the carbon drive belt is supposed to be really quiet. The guys at the shop were very persistent, identified and fixed the problem. Big thank you to Mark and Ricky.

Turned up just after lunch on a Sunday without an appointment looking for new bearings for my road bike, mind you these guys were busy! One of the boys immediately helped me out and started to look for the bearings I needed. Garth, another mechanic, although busy as, took over and found the bearings I was after pretty quickly and even fitted one of the ball bearings onto the fork for me - grease included. They gave me 100% excellent customer service although I turned up at a very busy time without an appointment. Thanks heaps guys, you made my day!
