Special thanks to Tyla and Bruce at TeamMoto Canberra, negotiated the deal over the phone, the bike was true to their word, the deal was prompt and efficient, I’m a happy customer, well done.
I recently had a warranty issue on my bike and they got the bike in straight away to assess the issue, send off the details to the manufacturer for approval and got the part in for repair soon after. Along the way i received status updates and what could have been a painful process was super easy. Thanks Ryan and Vipra
Have been here on two separate occasions to buy a new bike for myself. Today was my second attempt at getting a bike as one I got earlier in the year failed me. They suggested some bikes for me off handedly but didn't show me said bikes nor any of the details about them. It was like they don't want to sell you anything. Save your time and money and go to Joe's motorcycle centre or a private dealer instead.
Went in today looking for a bike we can use on the farm and the sales guys was extremely unhelpful. Safe to say we would rather travel to another town as to do business with someone who couldn’t be bothered to be of assistance. Honestly haven’t had this type of shocking service in ages. If I could rate them 0 stars I would.
Disinterested and disappointing. I’ve purchased a bike from them before and they were great to deal with. Now however they can’t be bothered to email as requested and not phone. When I rang up multiple times nobody answered. Eventually went in to catch up on progress where they were just not really that bothered. When I change my current bike I will probably go somewhere in NSW and get it serviced there as well.
