Seemed understaffed. Spoke to them it looked like they were either closing or in a state of disrepair. Christmas decorations were sitting around in boxes still in March? Display models had no clothing items displayed. Some areas like Indian were messy and lacked customer appeal. The MV Agusta well as they said going out. They only had one on display and another downstairs? Big display of Royal Enfield. Just generally disorganised and unappealing. Nice staff but a very inactive cold atmosphere.

We had a really great experience here. The team here were super lovely and made purchasing my first bike a breeze! They answered all our questions, sorted out everything we needed and helped with all my gear. We spent close to four hours shopping and bugging just about every staff member who all kept a cheery smile. We had a great time and was certainly worth the trip from the gong! I recently had my R1M serviced by TeamMoto Canberra for its routine 5000km service, and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed with their level of professionalism and attention to detail. From the moment I dropped off my bike, the team at TeamMoto made sure to walk me through the service process and clearly explain what was being done to my vehicle. The gentleman who helped me, who unfortunately I can't remember the name but he deserves a special mention for his exceptional customer service, was attentive, friendly, and even added a touch of humor, which I truly appreciated. When it came time to pick up my bike, the team once again went above and beyond by thoroughly inspecting my vehicle with me before handing over the keys. Overall, I had a great experience with TeamMoto and would highly recommend them to any motorcycle owner in need of a service. 4/5 stars.

Put my bike in for a service. Staff were excellent. Quick turnaround time. Excellent job done. Staff kept me informed throughout the process from booking-in through to pickup at completion of the job. I’ll be using their service centre again for certain. Thanks heaps TeamMoto Canberra.

Very disappointed in the customer service and transparency for bike repairs. I took my motorcycle to them after being in an accident and I needed a few quotes. They told me they could have a quote ready in a week. I call them two weeks later on a Friday asking for an update and they told me it would be ready on Monday…. I call them the next Friday asking where the quote is, they tell me it’ll be ready on Monday… I then ask if I am able to take the bike to another mechanic to get a second quote for my insurance company, the mechanic tells me that he will need to list the damage and the VIN before I take it! I then explain that they have had the bike for 3 weeks and should have all that already. He then tells me to call them in 4 days to see if I can take it! No transparency about where the quote is up to and no one seems to know what happening with my bike. I felt I’ve been lured in with a false promise and now I’m stuck. More than happy to change my review once someone could explain what the hell is going on.

Some of the seasoned staff are fantastic, helpful, knowledgeable in what they sell and remember you next time you go in. The others…. Not so much. Seriously under staffed, and I mean to the point where I’ve seen people walk out and go elsewhere. Forgot trying to get through on the phone. 8 phone calls just to order parts. Management needs to step it up a bit. Absolutely ridiculous.

Definition of a business that only thrives due to lack of competition. I wrote to these guys to organise a test ride and never heard back. When I went in store, I was interested in a couple potential bikes but was told I was not allowed to ride one without assurance I would pay a deposit that day. Save yourself the headache and go to Joe's down the road if he has stock you want or take a trip to Sydney.

Recently purchased a brand NEW 2022 husqvarna te 250 from these muppets, The so called “Mechanics”who put this bike together shouldn’t even be building Legos… let alone bikes, after taking it back for the 5th time in the first 2 weeks of owning the bike ,because of loose bolts , wrong spark plug, breaks not bled properly, speedo cable and cluster was faulty. My bike has been is the shop for around 5 weeks now because the top end blew up. Now it’s a 5 month wait for it to be fixed. my mate had very similar problems putting our life’s at risk I would rather let a toddler fix my bike then these pathetic “men ’ mechanics” if you are considering buying a brand new bike I will personally drive you to Sydney to help you pick one up

Poor repair. Even poorer customer service afterwards. I went in for a simple plug repair to a tyre. They botched it. Then, after initially stating they had the correct fitting new tyre, it turns out they didn't. They then offered a replacement used tyre 'to ride around for a while' while they got a new one in. Six months and many calls later that were never responded to the replacement used tyre goes flat. I recommend customers go elsewhere

Got a bike for my gson at xmas. Frank looked after me very well and I'm very happy with the customer service from the others in the team who helped me with gear. Took the bike back to get serviced, hadn't made a booking, was able to get it done really quickly. Seems the team is working hard to make sure the customer is looked after.
