Great store with amazing variety and customer service. You often find many interesting and unique items and affordable prices here. Definitely recommend. Would be great to see it open for more days of the week.

So many second hand books. Cheap price. You need to have time to look as arrangement on the shelves is only sort of in order. Condition of books seems to range from soso to good. Prices are cheap. It’s a dusty shop tho.

The Green Shed Underground is my favourite store of all time. Dramatic, I know, but as over the years I've started shopping more sustainably I have gotten more than half of my clothes, bags, accessories from here. As well as a number of records. The staff are amazing, and are so welcoming to everyone who comes in. Also the best prices I have ever seen in thrift stores / op shops. Legit have gotten authentic designer clothes for a fraction of the price. however would pay any prices to support this local Canberra business :

Rather put off by the level of security today to protect the $2 used goods! There was a sign up that said bags would be checked, but instead I was told to leave my bag at a completely unsecured area at the desk. I went back to get my purse out because I was feeling paranoid, and wasn’t challenged at all or even looked at by the staff as I rummaged around in the bags.

A very good experience for the first time visiting the store. The staff are very helpful and polite. The prices are fair and lots of varieties. I spent around 1.5 hours browsing

definitely one of my favourite thrift stores/op shops in canberra! it takes some time to look through everything, but you can be lucky and find amazing stuff! i can't believe i found a gucci bag here the other day! a lot of the items are not in good condition, so it's very important to check stuff carefully before purchasing

Cheap clothes and often good quality but you really need to spend some decent time going through the junk. 50% of the clothes really did belong in the tip but if you have patience its worth the effort. I've nabbed some real bargains and even clothes with tags. Not kid or pram friendly. Also only has a step stair entry.

i dont like the security man at the door who checks your covid check in and tells you to put your bags behind counter. his manner is very rude and makes me not want to come back. i had already checked in using my history list and he insists that i scan the code again.
