Great service - we went in looking for a bike for my partner and left with one each! 
Went in to help my partner buy a first bike for casual cycling. The staff asked some thoughtful questions and tried her on some cheap hipster bikes (like we'd asked for). They then suggested a bike that was a bit different to what we'd said, but was perfect for her needs! I gave it a spin and liked it so much I bought one too. The help around servicing and customisation since has also been great.

More interested in selling overpriced accesories (that evidently wernt fit for the purpose you explained) and pushing you ou the door ASAP than providing assistance or service.

Went in as a random, first time customer asking for a few simple repairs. Customer service was excellent and repair was free of charge. Will definitely come back

They sell Specialized gear which I love. The staff are knowledgable but moody. Got ignored after asking for assistance with a cheap bike for my son. Three thumbs down.
