Moto Central

Pretty useless when it comes to ordering in parts. Had to chase up phone calls three times over a period of a few weeks and always got told "We'll check and call you back". Never once called back, no indication any parts were ever ordered. Months have gone by now and we're taking all our business elsewhere.

Don and his team have been great to deal in buying my Benelli. Knew the bike well, super helpful and not pushy at all. Just decent genuine customer service and after sales support with servicing and accessories. Compared to the major dealer in Canberra these guys are just a pleasure to deal with and great to support a local business.

Thought I would try moto central for a service on my royal enfield. The team was so helpful and fixed my clutch issue. They even made sure the bike had been kept out of the rain and seat dry for me! Very happy with the service.

I bought my new bike from here. Don and the crew were fantastic. It's refreshing to find a small business with soul and a friendly environment, sure beats the big corporate business approach at other motorcycle dealers. Poor service needed a tyre changed on a peewee 50 gave me every excuse as to how hard it is and if I dropped it off on a Wednesday I may get it back by Friday and it might cost me as much as $100. Went to Joes motorcycles which I should of done in the first place got my tube changed while I waited and cost $35 dollars. My advice go to joes if these guys cant handle a peewee 50 tube replacement how are they gonna handle any thing else.

Took my 11” scooter wheels in to have the tyres changed. Absolutely excellent customer service, met the owner who was lovely, mechanic was lovely and the receptionist was also lovely. Went in at 12:00pm and was told they would be done by 3:00pm, they were done by 1:00pm which was amazing. However I was charged $71 for the swap, definitely overpriced but it was a good experience other than that.

After being told by a larger motorbike store in Fyshwick that the bike I wanted wasn't sold or serviced in Canberra and being shown bikes I didn't want, we did a quick google and found this place. They were able to get me the bike I wanted, in the colour I wanted. They were nice, transparent and made everything so easy. We're very happy with everything, from start to finish.

As soon as I entered the store front I was greeted, the gentleman there was willing to ask questions about myself and help make a decision about what best suited me. Good range of bikes and accessories. Will be going back to pick up a bike.

Awesome people great service plenty of parts and l got a fantastic deal. Would l shop there again you bet your smiling face l will. I travelled four hours and I'd do it all again and they ship out gear asap. So its a big from me. Try them you won't be disappointed.
