I took my wheel in yesterday morning Wednesday to get a spoke replaced, I originally was told that the workshop was booked out for over a week but then one of the guys there didn't catch his name but had a ?French accent said to leave it with him and he would try to have a look at it in the afternoon, I was stoked because that meant I might be able to go for a ride with my family the next day. Before I even got home I had a call from the shop saying it was already good to go! Very appreciative of the friendly and efficient service
Went in for a fitting for my mountain bike. I've never owned a bike before and the team were incredibly helpful. Not just in setting up my bike but, with imparting their knowledge and experience with helpful riding tips, trail suggestions and even the most convenient way to get my bike in and out of my car. Thank you!
Big fan. Service is great and professional and always friendly. Been there to buy accessories and have bikes repaired. Highly recommended.
These guys were super helpful and friendly. Did a comprehensive review of my bike, helping out with a seized pedal for a few days even though unable to remove it at no charge!!! I'd definitely recommend them, went over and above with their service.
Had my partner’s wheelchair wheel fixed here! Folks were super friendly and speedy! Took maybe 5 minutes and they didn’t even charge! Really lovely folks!
Good service & fast @ getting a purchase ready for collection, only disappointment was the low level discounts on extras when already spending $1300 on a new bike. Otherwise highly recommend these guys!!
Having just moved to Canberra, I was in search of a bike. What better way to find the best bike shop in the area, than randomly stopping a cyclist on the road to ask. They recommended Bike Culture Gungahlin, and here we are. After having a cheeky peek, I was greeted by Logan. After some time, we had finally settled on a 2022 GT Aggressor Expert. I'm not here to review the bike, but rather Logan, his knowledge, and his quality in customer service. Logan was able to answer all of my questions, and provide recommendations based on what I needed in a bike, no upselling, no silly business, certainly no tricks. He was thorough in the post sale service, providing tips and information on maintenance of the bike. Impressive, as he wanted me to care for it as if it was his bike. Thank you Logan for helping me pick out a bike, I'll have you know I am enjoying my rides to and from work, can't say that much as I haven't encountered your Winters here in Canberra. Thank you Bike Culture for your choice of people, it's not only the quality of products you sell that makes you a business, but also the quality of people that make it.
Bought some spare inner tubes. Explained I had issues with my tools getting the tyre over the rim. They were kind enough to show me how to do it by hand. Got it first go! Thank you
Great local business, exceptional knowledge and friendly staff. Very happy I purchased new bike from this business. The entire purchase and personal bike tuning was an enjoyable experience.
