We recently had a 'vintage' bicycle refurbished well, actually, brought back to life by Matt and the team at 99 Bikes Mitchell. We were very pleased with the result and particularly the attention to detail. Matt was great to work with and the final Invoice didn't contain any surprises. The work was done to a high standard, as quoted, and on time. We would definitely use 99 Bikes at Mitchell in future.
What a great experience. We went in to get my son his first bike with pedals. The staff were so friendly & patient straight away. Austin who ended up serving us helped us work out the right size for his bike & helmet then fitted all the accessories and really included my son as much as possible who is four in the process he absolutely loved it. He really was an excellent example of great customer service and seemed to really enjoy his job.nnWould recommend going there if you're looking for a new bike and want some helpful and knowledgeable advice. Good value for good products as well as a good membership discount.
We visited this shop last year to buy a bike, and this year we returned to purchase another one. The staff is consistently helpful and knowledgeable about the bikes they offer.nnPlus, they provide 1x free servicing after purchase, making the overall experience quite positive.
I have an arm injury and wanted advice on what adjustments or variations on my existing handle bars they could help me with. Rashid was amazing. Super helpful. Had a “let’s try and see if this works” approach which was great. Spent time setting up new upright handlebars and rearranging the gear controls, brakes etc and then gave my bike a good tune up as well. I’m so very happy I dropped in. 11/10 service and assistance. Will be back to keep making the most of my bike. Thank you Rashid.
Went to buy a new bike for my 6-year-old. Sam was very patient and helpful. Great customer service and my son really loves his new bike.
