Bike shops are a bit like hairdressers or doctors.....when you find a good one, stick with 'em. IMO, Paul and the team are brilliant. Great technical skills, wallet-friendly pricing and they're always super accommodating. They also go by the moniker 'The friendliest bike shop' .....no arguments from me. Tip top!

Great service overall. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. They helped me purchase a road bike as well as doing a fantastic job fixing my old broken one. I enjoy each visit to Ride 365.

Awesome place! Went in to look at a new bike as my old ones were definitely a bit rusty as they have not been used in a long time. There is a great range of choices with a big range of prices too. to cut a long story short I walked away with a new Avanti Montari 7.2! This bike has been great to me and after 6 months I still have had no problems. Also a special thanks to Sam who served me a brilliant coffee and provided great customer service and advice whilst I was at the store. Overall great store, Highly recommend, especially when Sam is working. Thanks Ride 365.

After letting my bike fall into a seriously sorry state of disrepair, I decided to challenge the guys at Ride 365 to get it back to it's former glory. All I can say is they did an absolutely sterling job! From the initial phone contact, dropping the bike off and then pickup, their professionalism and enthusiam was second to none. I had alot of little issues with the bike, ALL of which were duly noted and then rectified by these guys during the service. And all at a great price. Needless to say, I will definitely be going back!

Great, friendly service. Unlike some shops, these guys work on all bikes and are cheaper than all the other cycle repairers in Belconnen. They have my business for as long as they're open.
