All great and dandy but whoever is at the register really should NOT be on the phone while serving customers especially when a customer may have a question and will get ignored and talked over so they can continue their phone conversation, pretty disgusting service...
Is a great place to get petrol, buy coffee, snacks. Has a Redy ATM, toilet and some of the stuff really friendly. The only thing i don't like is paying for the paper bags, when you buy few items a bag is needed and yeah am not a fan of paying for the bags.
I bought fuel here today. The first bowser I pulled up to had no petrol. Nothing came out, the screen didn’t change from the last customer who had used it before me. I went to another bowser and filled up. When I went to pay, I informed the staff that bowser 6 was dry. The staff then proceeded to say: “actually you owe $10 for bowser 6” without checking anything also exactly $10 of fuel…!?, I replied “nothing came out”, they replied “how do you know that? You can’t see the petrol if the nozzle is in the tank”, I replied “the bowser screen remained unchanged”. The staff then looked embarrassed and kind of apologised while laughing. He knew he had been caught trying to scam me. The business is clearly untrustworthy. Attempting to scam customers. Morally reprehensible. Karma will come back to you for that kind of behaviour. If you are the business owner, you don’t deserve to have a business. If it’s simply an employee, you don’t deserve to have a job. Illegal operators. Avoid at all costs.
I went in for a coffee and the Coffee machine just 10% coffee 90%milk in a super cupnTold the employee that it might need to be looked at cause it's basically just hot milk, he still made me pay and didn't check the machine, instead just looks at me like I'm speaking another language and ignored me
