went to get fuel, employee was not present with the fuel pumps on, sign on the window saying “back in 10 minutes”. I proceeded to wait 30 minutes for the empolyee to return and they did not return as i urgently needed fuel.nOn;n7/06/2024n11pmnI am highly disappointed with the lack of service.

This Ampol is right next door to the Vibe hotel so when you are travelling it is perfect to get your fuel. It has a Subway in there as well if you wanted something to eat. It has a metro sized shop in there so you can get lots of shopping and snack items.

The worst customer service I have got from this store today around 7.40 to 7.50 am. I have reward card and ampol fuel card. When I told the person that I want to the point. I worked service station so we add the point there. His facial expression and words are offensive. Simply you can say in our system we can't do. How you can tell me I don't work in same sector. When I asked him his name he did not tell me his name. He told me that he can't tell his name. I believe that his manager didn't give him proper training. If customer ask your name you should tell customer your name be polite don't use offensive behaviour. I didn't show any anger. I will surely complain to ampol about this behaviour.

Had a bad experience today. A guy looks like srilankan working at 8 am on Saturday, 6/07/2024. Very rude never wishes, one of the petrol filler was not working though he reset everything, I just gestured him it is not working and when I got inside, he was like what is your problem instead of wishing me or asking if everything is good. He was very rude.

We arrived 10 minutes before closing and needed fuel, all the lights were off and the staff member said no no fuel we are closed. I feel like if they want to close at 7:50 they should put that as their times instead of 8pm. Not happy with this service and don’t recommend
