Every other woolies i go to, all the staffs were extremely good and polite except for dickson. Everytime i go there, there is always a scene. Once i left my phone there at checkout as i was too busy i was shifting my place, when i got back there, i asked a short nepali old lady about my phone and she said it was in the other counter, i, with a smile said thankyou and when i got to the other counter, the same lady came there and told me to wait in line whereas there was only one customer she sided with me and told them that i can get my phone first however that short lady told me to wait and said like “she have to wait as it is her fault” and then when the other customer was checking out, that lady pulled out my phone and said “it is not my job to look after your phone” i was sorry before that i left my phone there but when she said that even after having a big “we are here for help” sign then this is way out of what was promised, i didn’t go there to experience such disrespect towards me.nI left that one as i thought she was having a bad day however today i went there and with my rotten luck, i met her again, i had lots of things with me at the end of the counter and it was tough so i asked my boyfriend to put the items that was already checked out in the trolly and NO ONE TOLD ME ANYTHING ABOUT IT EVEN AFTER NOTICING IT, even the machine was acting just fine however that lady came and said, “can you put all the items back there and do it since the machine won’t like it,” like she wanted me to put all those heavy stuff back there and the machine won’t like it? It was full of bs, the machine didn’t beep or any thing yet she said that, i went there after like 3 months since the last incident and this is what i come across again? Very disappointed at the lack of hospitality and the way she talks, there was another Bhutanese girl who was very kind and helpful, asked it again in a proper way and said it was fine if it doesn’t fit also she was standing in the way when i was leaving even after i said “excuse me” she was standing there and doing nothing. I dont think this is what we expect from wool worths, having such a ill manner and illiterate lady at the service. A big disappointment to be honest. I would strongly not recommend the dickson woolworths. Thankyou
They closed their served checkouts 15mins early so I had to take a full trolley through there dinky self serve checkouts. Hurt my back bending up and down and then having to repack a trolley to get out of there. Go to Coles across the road.
Experience this treatment twice. Both with indian/nepali female staff.. Were extremely rude in customer service the one who checks at the self service check out I AM THERE TO BUY GOODS, NOT RECEIVE YOUR OPINION OF WHAT I SHOULD DO NEXT TIME!!!! Extremely unapproachable as they have zero politeness and speaking manner! other were nice except the two condescending humans!!!!
You will find supermarkets like Woolworths, Coles and IGA. Many cafes and restaurants of different cuisines mostly Chinese. 3 different gyms and 2 servos are located. As for the parking, it's mostly pay park.
The produce section at this store is absolute fire, best in Australia fr. A lovely young man named Jett helped me find the freshest I ever had.nnOne time I was very clumsy and accidentally spilled cordial everywhere and within seconds team member Oliver was on hand to clean up, amazing customer service!nnThe store is also extremely tidy and well organised
