Awesome Asian / Korean supermarket with heaps of variety in terms of groceries, packaged goods and the like. What makes this place stand out to me is that they stock a good selection of Japanese and Korean liquor, and have a dedicated butcher section where you can buy meat for Korean style BBQ at home.
Feels like I was scammed. Bought $33 wagyu beef slices. Only the top layer was normal, underneath was all inedible fat. The quality was terrible. Won't come back again.nnUpdate:nIf you think this uneven marbling is 'high-quality' Wagyu, no wonder you're hiding it at the bottom.
It’s a super cool store with plenty of kimchi options & other pickled veggies — pickled radish happens to be my favourite. It’s deeper than it looks from the outside, and it’s super clean & tidy. I wish they had more Buldak noodle options as there was only the black original one. There was various meat options for a BBQ, and it looked fresh. I tried a red bean paste pastry, and it was interesting. You also get to sign up as a member for points. Overall a pleasant experience.
Came here to buy lots of yummy Korean noodles. Left with a basket full.nI was surprised with the variety of goods here. Fresh food, butcher department, home goods.. I wish they sold the coated nuts in a can. But may need to go to another grocer for this one. A bit pricey on the foods. But what isn't nowadays.
Bought this pork jowl today. When I got home, I found some unknown substance inside the meat. Updated : I received an apology from the store. To be honest, the quality of the meat in the store is pretty good. I hope they can handle it more carefully.
