5 stars for the staff in the service desk named Natalie. Yesterday afternoon, i had a case and helped by her promptly in a professional way. Thank you

I had come to the store at around 9:57pm, 3 minutes before closing time, now understandably so closing time is at 10pm, and i understand staff not wanting to work overtime, longer then they should. however i was only grabbing one item, a cucumber. and it was needed for dinner for my children. i walked and asked if i could quickly be only 30 seconds of time, in and out. not forcing them to be there longer then they should. i was approached by the then “manager” Kali, who rudely and abruptly told me to leave as they were closed, there were other people inside now i told Kali calmly and respectfully that i would only be less than a minute, to which he responded i don’t care. i find it terrible and the customer service i received was unacceptable, i will never return to shop at this cole’s again.

The staff are fantastic, but the creepy ai camera tracker things are horrifying. I'm surprised privacy laws allow it. They need to make the way theyre recording customers very clear, because right now it's just yuck on so many levels

While the store itself is pretty standard for a Coles, I personally found the service very helpful. I was pretty nervous about asking for help, but Milan noticed my discomfort and kindly asked if I needed help. He helped me locate the Morello cherries, whipped cream and even checked the back for the 1kg sugar. It’s thanks to him I felt much more at ease.

Coles in Canberra Centre offers a convenient shopping experience in the heart of the city. The store is brightly lit and has an open, crescent-shaped layout. It's a large, modern supermarket with a wide selection of products, including fresh fruit and vegetables delivered daily, an in-store bakery, and a new-look delicatessen featuring gourmet cheeses, an olive bar, and an expanded fresh seafood section. An open meat counter with butchers provides a slice-on-request service.nnWhile some shoppers miss the unique and local products previously offered by Supabarn, which Coles now occupies, others appreciate the familiar Coles offerings and the retention of some Supabarn staff. Some customers have expressed disappointment over the standardization of gourmet cheese selections and the disappearance of local producers like Poachers Pantry and Pialligo Smokehouse. However, Coles has stated they've worked with local suppliers to stock locally-made products and welcome suggestions from customers.nnOne last note from a traveling customer from overseas, the prices as most in Australia will seem high on most products and over priced on others. This seems to be in general across most stores in Australia.
