The lovely young lady with the glasses looking after the self checkout aisle today at 245pm deserves some commendations. Great bubbly customer service, she floated happily and cheerfully between customers. I saw her interactions with multiple customers and it was lovely to see such a nice person in customer service. The epitome of what I think good customer service should be.nnI would bet there are people in need of some happiness that look forward to see her each week when the do their shopping
The selection of groceries is excellent! And it’s it’s inside the outlet shopping center!

So dissapointed with young girl at self serve. Rude and arrogant and when I ask for help, she told me off and responded that she was serving another customer and had to wait my turn. I told her I kept my arm in the air as she never looked at me nor acknowledge me. When I explain to her that had she acknowledge my hand up for assistance I would have put my arm down and waited for my turn to be assisted..but instead she went on to say I was in her face and turned her back on me. I than proceeded to let her that her cold verbal response and body language was not acceptable and would report her to her manager. She pinpointed her manager and says... there she is !nWow I can't believe the attitude of this young girl!?
One of the most poorly stocked Woolies. The varieties on stock is less than some of the other Woolworths. Hardly any Woolworths branded stock. Items on special are rarely available even soft drinks. Freezer items are never fully stocked. Basics are hard to get due to low stock. They always sell chicken fridge section that is on its best before date, have unfortunately bought this a couple of times and it smelt rank and looked green when opened at home it went straight into the bin. The shelves look like a mess. You'd think with the recent store layout changes things would have improved but no. Shame because this store is local to so many people in the area not just a tourist spot.
