Consistent lack of trolleys at the entrance. It's basic store management, yet they fail every time. Why bother shopping here when Coles actually maintains their equipment? Terrible customer experience.

AnuJ the Indian guy has poor customer service! Came in around lunch to self checkout. Told AnuJ an item didn’t scan for the price I seen. He said no you’re wrong it’s never that price. So he made me show a photo. Which I happily presented! It had the same item name just different size. So the store printed the wrong ticket for the item & place multiples under it. He said you can’t read you can see the size is different. I said the size is the smallest thing on the tag & it’s in the right spot. Let alone it’s not my fault for what the stocker has done. I grabbed it thinking it was on sale. He said well you must not be smart. Will speak with a manager & he really needs retraining! Wasn’t about the item more about I can’t believe he said that! How is he doing retail telling anyone on earth that with a rude attitude.

Today at around 18:20 when my boyfriend and I were checking out, I placed a drink down and he forgot to scan it, so we needed assistance from a staff member. However, the older lady working there did not offer any help or even speak to us. She just held up her card and gestured that we were blocking her way because she couldn’t reach the scanner. After everything was done and we were about to leave, we thanked her, but she completely ignored us with no expression on her face. It was quite disappointing and made the experience feel very unfriendly.

I went into this Woolworths on a Sunday the 14th. I Ask this asain man if they had a 24 pack of coke no sugar. He told me if they weren’t on the shelf, then we would have none in the back as I asked him if he could check the back, he simply told me in an arrogant way to not believe the online stock as it is fake. So I said to him If I would’ve placed an order online and it came to my house, would it be fake coca cola since it says it’s in stock? He tried to explain it to me, but I told him not to bother as it seemed like he didn’t want to waste his time with me as a customer asking him if he could check something in the back. I have worked in retail stores in major companies  before As a stock filler, so I know how annoying it is for a customer to ask if you could check the back. I asked this other man Who was wearing an all black outfit and hat stocking the shelf If he could check the stock in the back. He told me to give him a second and he will go have a look and what do you know a minute later he comes with a box of Coke no sugar. I told him it was much appreciated as I asked another worker if they had any and he didn’t even want to look and I thanked him for giving me the time And going out of his way to help a customer. He humbly smiled and went back to work. I think it takes big consideration of the people you employ As some are simply just lazy and aren’t genuinely Doing their job, I understand They were tasked To do a different assignment But as an employee for a place your customer service skills should be much better. Thank you to the man who was able to find the stock that was supposedly Not available And I hope he’s given his kudos.

Check everything you buy here . Constantly specials are not specials when you get to the self serve it will ring up full price everytime but when your a vacation town like the Gold Coast you can get away with it .  Mentioned then got banned very bad attitude even stock is put in wrong places on shelves back to front so you cant see skim milk from full cream  . Check for yourself no wonder they have guards all over this shop . So they can drag you out if you ever mention anything dodgy travellers stay clear. High prices and dodgy security 2 day course goer's
