Hi I'm at the southport store it is now past 10am...very inconvenient when the web site opening hours are 9am and no signage at front of store to say other wise

I went to buy groceries on october 7th october at 18:43 at Mingmei Asian Supermarket there was a lady julia at the counter I found her very rude towards customer. She was loud when she was serving customer. and she didn't make eye contact when I was talking to her and she rudely throw my card and my groceries at the bench top like I've done something wrong. It feels like she want to say get lost. This is so unwelcoming behaviour. This distrubed me all night ...why???? so I thought I'll l write a review as I've never seen a customer service like this before.
