Good supermarket. Everything you need is there. Fresh meat, fresh food, all normal groceries.nnAlso many other things, like underwear, makeup, random stuff you don’t expect but useful.nnEasy to find things, not confusing. Good place if you just want to buy everything in one go.
I was in here last week and came across a worker I think her name started with a G on her name tag. Very abrupt interaction, unhelpful. Was clearly occupied by other things than wanting to help me. Every other time I’ve come in here the staff have been helpful.
This Coles is also relatively massive in size just like the chain in Pacific Fair.nIt’s situated on the ground floor of the shopping centre next to Liquorland and near the sushi restaurant.nnMy favourite thing about this Coles is a lot of flavours of the flavoured milk are available even some rare ones, such as Norco Crème Brûlée and Choc Honey Malt. In addition, a few chocolate bars and chips are at great discounts.nnOverall, one of best Coles ever, will definitely come back in the future.

But, if I want someone to interfere with my shopping, I'll bring my partner along.nI certainly don't appreciate it at the checkouts, when I am putting things through and haven't requested assistance.nnFor your staff member to imply I was attempting to steal, when I had just arrived at the self serve checkout was very distasteful.nnVery disappointing.
Google and the Coles website both state that this store is open until 10pm. This store actually closes at 9pm. According to the store manager its been like that for the past 12 months. Rather than acknowledging the discrepancy this store manager argues with customers that closing time is 9pm regardless of what the Coles website states.
