I'm not the person who likes to give negative review, but I hope this review can actually help this store to realise there is some improvement needs to be done. I always like to shop here, very convenient, but recently, the quality is dropping a lot, hope it will get better soon. attached photos from today's visit.
Wow. So many bad reviews for this store. I'm giving 3 stars as I'm not sure how bad it really can be. I have a click n collect order pending pickup between 10-12noon. Let's see how that goes as its my first time using this outlet's service. Will review again after visiting/ordering from this outlet several times. I would not shop here again if I experienced bad service more than 2 or 3 times. Time to spend my money elsewhere.nnColes management needs to look into the root causes of staff attitudes and unhappiness. Weak HR management = low quality service = loss of customers.nMaking billions a year is reason enough to have good customer service, pay staff a decent salary and reasonable pricing in every store. Right?
What is it with their clear sliding doors on your way out? They should open automatically, but instead you have to wait for one of the staff to let you through with their remote...wtf!
went to cloes tody. the lady with short gray hair very rude at counter at 4.48pm.nI was go to the self machine and she stopped my way, after I checked my food, the machine said need staff and she asked what did I scanednafter I told she what is it, she said no, not this one. but this is the only staff I bought today. Her name is begin with D because she were a cloth outside which is covered her name. very rude. always looked at my bag. this is the worse one I met.
The employee with long gray hair at the self-checkout counter acted very rude.nAfter paying, I was packing things into a bag and my little boy was helping me. That employee kicked my child out and took the machine which I was using to help pay for another customer she offered to help that male customer, my child and I had to stop and stood aside to let her finished before continuing, while there were still some available machines but she wasn’t using them.nWhat an attitude!
